RT HON ABDULSALAM TAOFIQ OLAWALE popularly known as Oseniyan has felicitated with his Constituents and the Muslim Community in the country on this year’s Eid-el-Kabir celebration and urged them to celebrate with peace, modesty, be law-abiding and to show commitment, empathy and sacrifice which the sacred season exemplified.
The Former ODHA Speaker, RT HON ABDULSALAM in his congratulatory message issued after the Eid prayer, in which he commemorate this year 2022 Eid-El -Kabir celebration, expressed his appreciation to the Moslem Community in Ikare Akoko and Akoko generally for their commitment to peace and good neighborliness.
According to him “We must respect the tenets of Islam which call for peace and I hope that each and every one of us will try to maintain peace and be our brother’s keeper, Let us remain strong in our hope that Nigeria will become what we fervently want it to be, A nation that fills its citizens with happiness and pride.
At this trying period of our journey through nationhood, I urge you all to seize the opportunity which this season brings to us to promote peaceful co-existence among ourselves regardless of religion, ethnicity or political affiliation
