It is with great joy that I respectfully congratulate you, my father and leader, Amb. Prince (Col) Roland Olawumi Omowa, on your well-deserved conferment of the highly coveted national honors of Member of the Federal Republic (MFR) by the Federal Government of Nigeria.
This honour by the Nigerian Government is a loud national testament in celebration and recognition of your selfless service and untiring patriotic roles towards the stability and development of our great nation, Nigeria as well as our dear Ondo State.
By this award, you have again brought honour to our State as, the entire nation has reaffirmed your place in the hall of fame as an extraordinary personality and undiminishable wellspring of inspiration especially to younger general of leaders across our country.
You remain dazzling as an elder statesman, having meritoriously served our nation as a courageous Army Officer, an Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Aide-de-Camp to former President Olusegun Obasanjo as Military Head of State, and currently in your outstanding roles alongside other leaders of our great Party, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in deepening democratic practice in our country.
I celebrate you sir and pray to God to continue to bestow you with wisdom, strength and vigour to continue to renders service to our dear nation and humanity at large.
