A mogul of the 21st century, an astute politician, and All Progressive Congress Senatorial Candidate for Ondo North District, Jide Ipinsagba, has felicitated with His Royal Majesty Oba Victor Adetona Olasehinde
(Odagbaragaja iii) Adeleye the Owagbagi of Ogbagi Akoko and all the sons and daughters of Ogbagi land on the occasion of Ogbagi Day.
In attendance were, The Governor of Ondo state,ably represented by Hon.Muyiwa Ogunyemi, the Senior Special Adviser to the Governor on Youths and Students Affairs, Jide Ipinsagba ably represented by Hon.Aladetimehin and th Executive Chairman of Akoko north west local government Elder Akande.
In his speech he said the people have been identified and known for their friendly, courageous and industrious nature. JIDE IPINSAGBA,also extended his greetings to all residents of OGBAGI town for sustaining peace and harmonious relationship within the town.
He expressed his appreciation and gratitude for the honour and privilege to grace the august occasion. He recalled his efforts and that of other well meaning admirers across the Senatorial district In championing the cause of growth and development in Akoko land before he emerged as the Senatorial candidate of All Progressive Congress . He therefore promised to do more, in fact double the efforts in terms of support and facilitating democracy dividends to the communities and people when he gets to the senate by the Grace of God
The incoming senator, eulogized the people of OGBAGI for the success of this epoch making event.
He admonished the Youth of OGBAGI in his speech to inculcate the spirit of hard-work , peace and friendliness that the people of the community have been known from time immemorial
