Federal University of Technology Appointment: Senator Ipinsagba Congratulates Oba Ogunoye
The Senator representing Ondo North Senatorial District of Ondo State, Senator Olajide Ipinsagba has congratulated the Olowo of Owo, Oba Ajibade Gbadegesin Ogunoye on his appointment as the Chancellor of the Federal University of Technology, Babura, Jigawa State.
While congratulating the first class monarch, Senator Ipinsagba described Oba Ogunoye as a king with an exemplary leadership instinct.
In his congratulatory message released to newsmen, Senator Ipinsagba commended the monarch for his impact on the relative peace in Owo kingdom, since he ascended the throne as the Olowo of Owo.
According to him, “I want to congratulate our Kabiyesi, Oba Ajibade Gbadegesin Ogunoye 111, on his appointment as the Chancellor of the Federal University of Technology, Babura, Jigawa State. This is a great achievement and it is well-deserved for a well-respected monarch of his stature”.
Since Oba Ajibade Gbadegesin Ogunoye emerged as the Olowo of Owo kingdom, the development level in the town has been on the high side, the peaceful state of Owo and other communities around the ancient kingdom cannot be over-emphasised. We attest to that”.
Oba Ogunoye’s leadership style is worthy of such a great appointment, no doubt. We believe in your capacity to deliver more than expected as the Chancellor of this great university.
