The All Progressives Congress (APC) Senatorial Candidate for Ondo North, Pastor Jide Ipinsagba has expressed appreciation to God that the ticket came to Akoko North-East.
At a meeting with political group of Hon. Gbenga Elegbeleye, a.k.a OTO Group, Ipinsagba stressed that loyalty to the party must be 100 percent, as 99.9 percent is an error.
While appreciating the group for their unalloyed support, the APC senatorial candidate urged them to work for the party’s victory.
He cited an illustration that if you hate your pastor and you destroyed your church, when the pastor is transferred, the church members will bear the loss.
A former Vice Chairman of Akoko North-East Local Government Area, Hon. Adeniyi Folorunsho Olokoba, a.k.a Folly, thanked the coordinator of the group, saying no vanquished, no victor, as members need to accept outcome of the primaries in the spirit of sportsmanship.
Hon. Aladetimehin talked about some rumors in some quarters that the party has set-up the campaign committee, which he described as falacy.
Hon. Balogun Abiodun.a.k.a (Lubay) thanked God for the meeting, while Hon. Elegbeleye pledged their total support for Jide Ipinsagba’s senatorial aspiration.
Hon. Lubay who explained that in politics, people cannot share the bush meat that has not been killed, commended Hon. Elegbeleye for calling publicly on phone that all members of his group should support Ipinsagba wholeheartedly.
