As condolences continue to pour in for Lady Evangelist Grace Akeredolu, the mother of Ondo State Governor, Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Akeredolu, the Minority Leader of the State House of Assembly, Hon. Rasheed Elegbeleye, has commiserated with the Governor and the entire family.
Elegbeleye who expressed his heartfelt condolences in a statement on Thursday , described the late Matriarch as a woman of virtue.
The statement partly read, “Mama Grace Akeredolu was a great woman while on earth. Howbeit, she died at a ripe age as she joined the saints at 90, nevertheless we wished to still have her always”
“Given by the unalloyed success of her children, particularly our dear Arakunrin, this has further testified to the ostentatious fact that she taught them by precepts, and her good deeds will be evergreen in the memories of all and sundry”
“May God grant the family the fortitude to bear the loss”, he said.
