In a bid not to leave any stone unturned, the PDP women took over Akure streets on a valentine day to send the message of love and peace to the electorates in a carnival like model.
The women’s mass rally that was sponsored by Hon. (Princess) Kemisola Adesanya had in attendance Hon. Clement Faboyede, Arch. Jide Adejuyigbe, Mr Busuyi Oladimeji,Mr Ogedengbe, Mr Ajayi Olorunlogbon, Hon. Kunle Adeloye(Turning point), Hon. Afolabi Adebowale, Mrs Taye Afilaka among many notable males and females in the community. The community showed their support and acceptance for all PDP candidates through prayers and blessings as the women sowed into the moment by canvassing for the party candidates across board.
The party candidates, Hon. (Princess) Kemisola Adesanya in the company of Hon. Olajide Oguntodu and Hon. Adeniran Adeolu appreciated the teeming supporters that came out to grace the occasion and promised not to disappoint them when elected into their respective offices.
Hon. Faboyede and Arch. Jide Adejuyigbe, the former chairman of PDP in Ondo state and the director general of Akure south PDP campaign committee respectively who spoke at the rousing events gave reasons why PDP remain the best party to occupy positions in the coming election and they both advised the masses to shun selling their votes to avoid another years of penury and go out to vote PDP in the Feb 25th and March 11th election.
