Unemployment is a very serious issue that needs to be addressed. There are thousands of people outside who are knowledgeable in one way or the other but are not employed.
Unemployment which refers to a situation In which a skilled and talented people wanted to do a job but could not find a proper job such as rising in the number of people who demanded for certain work.
A nation where there is high rate of those who are not employ will makes it difficult to stabilise there economy development because there will be increase in crime rate, poverty, exploitation of labor, political instability, mental health and loss of skills since they are not been practicalising what they are talented in. As a result of this it will lead to the demise of the nation.
Any nation that is willing to makes it’s economy grow needs to provide job for his citizen atleast 60 percent of those who are in need of work so as to reduce immorality in the society. American for example, has a minimum record of crime cases in there country just because there is low in number of those who are unemployed.
As the case of Nigeria over 65 percent of the graduate are not employed which lead some to be riding motorcycle and makes increase in the vrime rate. However it is so difficult for some graduate to eat twice per day talkless of thrice all this need to be takingng care of if Nigeria wish to be among advanced countries like America and England.
In addition the government should take the issue serious for the purpose of the citizen so as to have good life than before. This could be done through reduction from political leaders salary so as to finance some people even if they are not able to be employed by the government it could be used to finance them to have private estalishment for themselves without relying on government jobs then there will be reduction in poverty rate.
Also the citizen should look for another way round that will be fetching them money to take care of themselves and there family such as getting handwork, establishimg businesses, bringing up new ideas and initiate them for the betterment of their life.
