Using a 120-hour cooking marathon, a chef by the name of Damilola Adeparusi, often known as Chef Dami, is seeking to break the record for the longest cooking marathon by an individual.
The marathon cooking is held in Oye Local Government Area in Ekiti State.
This comes just a few weeks after Hilda Baci, with a 100-hour record time, set the Guinness World Record for the longest cooking marathon by a single person.
Chef Dami has hit 36 hours as of the time of filling this report.
She has made varieties of foods including rice and beans, beans porridge, and spaghetti, amongst others.
